awakening!
With every choice we make in life, the available options in life reduces proportionately. This is true whenever one door in life is closed another one opens but it is also true as soon as we walk through one door we will find fewer doors in the next room. So what! As long as we don't leave our comfort zone we are happy and ironically our comfort zone is defined by the likings our surroundings. Yeah i like rock! Because i really enjoy it! No! Because if i don't like it i'll be left out of current hap cummunity.
1970s people, after passing out of college searched for job actually stuggled for it and when they finally got it, it was nirvana for them then they got married and got lost in many small things in life, like taking care of kids etc etc. It was really hard back then and so they developed a sense of achievement.
2000 wiz kids. Before passing out of college i.e. in final year only most of us got a job and those who didn't had to struggle for a few months or settle for a lesser satisfying job. Here there are two kinds :
one who managed to get into some good college IIT IIM's NIT's etc etc and another even though they were not from some good college they still managed a good job.
So both kinds develop sense of achievement and then they get married enjoy for a few years and then get busy in small stuff!
What i am trying to say here is when risk involved is trivial as compared to what our fathers faced why are we still living the same life?? Why can't we get outta our comfort zone and take a few risk and actually try to achieve something in life. Why do we always run after short term goals.
We should give it a thought and then walk through a door!
